Am 3. März 2021 hat das Oberste Volksgericht der Volksrepublik China die “Auslegung zur Anwendung von Strafschadensersatz in zivilrechtlichen Fällen der Verletzung von Rechten des geistigen Eigentums” herausgegeben. Diese Auslegung soll den chinesischen Gerichten auf allen Ebenen als Anleitung dienen, Strafschadensersatz in zivilrechtlichen Fällen korrekt anzuwenden und schwere Verletzungen von Rechten des geistigen Eigentums zu bestrafen.
